Amazing find, full of knowledge, I have looked at many books but this is a must if you have lupus, are a medical student or even a G.P trying to understand lupus to gain knowledge for others. Having said that this book is written towards a patient's understanding. You do not need a medical degree to grasp the concepts. The best, best book I have found thus far!
